Philip Barnard, director
Philip Barnard has been teaching music in public schools for 32 years.
He has taught orchestra, band and chorus at the elementary, middle, high school, and collegiate level.
Mr. Barnard holds a Master of Music Degree in Orchestral Conducting from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from University of Tennessee. He is a member of the National Association For Music Education, the Georgia Music Educators Association, and the American String Teachers Association.
